- Luke Brackley Review added: 2018.08.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a pair a timberlands from this store on Saturday 21st Jan, very happy trying them on, very comfortable. Got home noticed the right shoe was strangely all of a sudden uncomfortable, turns out they had replaced the new right shoe with the public display shoe, it's was very creased and faulty as it had bent so much. Two days later Monday 23rd Jan I managed to get back to the store and there was no refund policy, I now have to wait two weeks for an inspection on them. Not happy as il be left with the same uncomfortable used shoe there after. I will not be shopping at JD Sports again after 8 years of custom. Very disappointed. Spoke to customer support afterwards only to be told there was a 14 day return policy, the manager was a liar, unprofessional and thought the whole scenario was funny with a staff member with a massive grin on her face (didn't think I noticed), AWFUL NEVER AGAIN.
